The Reservation Company Terms and Conditions and the Resort Rules and Regulations will apply at all times. A refundable key / breakage deposit is payable upon arrival at the resort. The deposit amount is R 1500.00 for Rental Clients, and R 500.00 for affiliated Club Members. The deposit amount is R500.00 for One Year Gift and Buyers Award voucher holders. Please note that the Key and Breakage Fee is payable upon arrival to the Resort directly. This fee is not payable to the Reservation Company, as it is a Resort function. Please note that should the fee not be paid, occupancy will not be granted. VRS Managed Resorts: Please note that no check-ins will be permitted after 21:00. Should you arrive after 21:00, access to the resort will not be granted. Checking out times are strictly at 10:00am on Mondays and Fridays. A late service fee of R100.00 will be charged per hour if checking out late. Please note that in a case of power outages, the generator will be switched on as backup power. The resort will be running the generator during the following times: - 07h00 to 10h00 (morning) - 12h00 to 14h00 (afternoon) - 18h00 to 22h00 (evening) If there is any special need with regards to electricity supply, please don’t hesitate to contact the reception during office hours. The resort does have credit card facilities. Please note that only cash and credit cards can be used for the key deposit, no debit cards. Debit cards are welcome when buying from the kiosk. Kindly note, the kiosk only sells the basic necessities.
