VRS Managed Resorts: Please note that no check-ins will be permitted after 21:00. Should you arrive after 21:00, access to the resort will not be granted. Key and Breakage deposit is payable by cash or card. The deposit amount for Rental clients is R1500 and R350 for affiliated Club Members. Should a guest wish to pay via card – this will only be refunded into a savings/cheque account, and should take an estimated 10–14 days after departure to process. Mount Amanzi’s Rules and Regulations for group bookings: Kindly book one of the lapa’s to be used for the group gatherings during members’ stay with the resort. There are unfortunately only two available which are allocated on a first come first serve basis. We will require the total amount of adults and children as well as the group’s plans for the weekend and type of celebration e.g. Birthday, Family reunion etc. Groups are not allowed to gather at one chalet, due to the fact that the chalets are so close together and this causes disturbance to the other guests. The units are also very small and only equipped for 5 people. R1 500.00 (non-refundable) fee for the use of the lapa which includes tables, chairs and disposable cutlery. No loud music or noise after 22:00. Members are also required to sign the Terms and Conditions and return the paperwork to Mount Amanzi within 24 hours of confirming the reservation. The number of beds in the chalet determines the amount of permitted guests to occupy the unit. This includes children of any ages. Towel replacement on full week bookings is on a Tuesday. Any other towel replacements will be charged accordingly. The Resort does have daily towel replacements available at an additional fee. Safes are provided in the chalets, please ensure that all your valuables are locked away when your chalet is unattended. A deposit of R100.00 for the safe key is applicable. Kindly arrange with Reception. Baby cots are available upon request at Reception. A deposit is payable. Please do not feed the monkeys or cats. Feeding will result in them no longer scavenging for their food as they rely on the guests to feed them. They become extremely aggressive when they are hungry and could attack. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all chalets and public areas. There are designated smoking areas throughout the resort.
