The Reservation Company Terms and Conditions and the Resort Rules and Regulations will apply at all times. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OPERATIONS AT THE RESORT IS CASHLESS. A refundable key / breakage deposit is payable upon arrival at the resort. The deposit amount is R 1500.00 for Rental Clients, and R 350.00 for affiliated Club Members. The deposit amount is R500.00 for One Year Gift and Buyers Award voucher holders. Please note that the Key and Breakage Fee is payable upon arrival to the Resort directly. This fee is not payable to the Reservation Company, as it is a Resort function. Please note that should the fee not be paid, occupancy will not be granted. VRS Managed Resorts: Please note that no check-ins will be permitted after 21:00. Should you arrive after 21:00, access to the resort will not be granted. Please note: Only 1 hand soap will be allocated upon arrival per unit. Iron and Ironing boards can be requested from the reception area. The Reception area has moved to the Pavilion where the shop is. The Restaurant and Coffee shop has been closed. The shop has a take-away facility available. All sleeper couches are only suitable for children up to the age of 12, no adults will be allowed to sleep on the sleeper couches. No overcrowding will be allowed. Please note: Express units - sleeper couch is in the kitchen (sleeper couch suitable for 2 children under 12). Please note that 4 of our surrounding farms have their yearly burn just after winter, thus will be around August / September. Kindly note that activities/excursions to the Sudwala Cave / Dinopark will be at your own expense.
