Waterpark Closure Due to Maintenance [6/27/2025 - 9/26/2025]

The waterpark will be closed until further notice due to urgent maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Installation of Outdoor Fitness Gym [8/12/2025 - 8/10/2025]

The resort will be installing an outdoor fitness gym, from 18 July and the planned completion date is 10 August. To open for guest use from 11 August. The installation will involve digging, foundation work, and drilling, which could affect the noise level on the resort.

Server Maintenance [2/25/2026 - 3/6/2026]

Construction work will be taking place at Cayley Lodge to expand the server room in preparation for additional infrastructure required for new units that will soon be developed. As a result, the server will need to be shut down from Tuesday, 03 March at 04h00 until Friday, 06 March at 15h00. During this period, all communication services will unfortunately be unavailable, including internet access, landlines, Wi-Fi, and DSTV. This will also impact Cayley Body Bliss Day Spa which will be closed during this time. The technical team will be working diligently to restore all services as quickly as possible and will make every effort to minimise the downtime where feasible

Server Maintenance [3/12/2026 - 3/17/2026]

Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen delay in the construction of the server room, this restoration will only be temporary. Communication services will be unavailable again from Wednesday, 11 March at 06:00 until Thursday, 16 March at 18:00. During this period, the internet, landlines, Wi-Fi, and DSTV services will be affected. Cayley Lodge Body Bliss will also be affected

The Reservation Company Terms and Conditions and the Resort Rules and Regulations will apply at all times.
