Limited Water Supply to Units due to Fire Damage [9/4/2025 - 10/31/2025]

On 23 August 2025, a veld fire damaged the main water pipelines, resulting in the reservoir running dry and impacting the water supply to the units. To manage the limited supply, water will currently be available according to the following schedule: • Morning: 07h00 – 09h00 • Evening: 18h00 – 20h00 At this stage, we are unable to confirm when the repairs will be completed, but we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

The Reservation Company Terms and Conditions and the Resort Rules and Regulations will apply at all times. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OPERATIONS AT THE RESORT IS CASHLESS. The resort does not permit guests sleeping on the sleeper couch, and do not allow over occupancy in the chalets. RECEPTION/KIOSK OPERATING HOURS Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 Fridays: 08:00 – 19:00 Saturdays: 08:00 - 15:00 Sunday: 09:00 – 15:30 Should you arrive after hours, the key and book-in forms will be in a sealed envelope at the Security Gate.
