To help protect our area and prevent the spread of Foot-and-Mouth Disease, all vehicles entering Doornkop will be sprayed and sanitized. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we take these precautionary measures to keep our community and livestock safe.

The Reservation Company Terms and Conditions and the Resort Rules and Regulations will apply at all times. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OPERATIONS AT THE RESORT IS CASHLESS. The resort does not permit guests sleeping on the sleeper couch, and do not allow over occupancy in the chalets. RECEPTION/KIOSK OPERATING HOURS Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30 Fridays: 08:00 – 19:00 Saturdays: 08:00 - 15:00 Sunday: 09:00 – 15:30 Should you arrive after hours, the key and book-in forms will be in a sealed envelope at the Security Gate. Please report to Reception the following day at your earliest convenience with the completed book-in forms. For after hours emergencies, please call 0839592298 Kindly note that there is limited cell phone reception at Doornkop. MTN users experience good signal, with the exception of load-shedding hours. | Cell C users experience minimal signal | Vodacom users experience no signal.
