Kindly note that the tennis and multi- courts will be closed from 27 October 2025 for approximately three weeks for repairs. The resort apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Resort Water [11/27/2025 - 12/5/2025]

Please be advised that the Crocodile River is currently flowing at high speed and contains a significant amount of dissolved sediment. As a precaution, we are pulling the river pumps and will be switching over to the restaurant dam as our temporary water source during the day. During this period, the water may appear discoloured and is not safe for consumption.

Multi-Court Repairs [12/2/2025 - 12/19/2025]

The Multi-Court is still closed for repairs, the tennis court however is now open.

The Reservation Company Terms and Conditions and the Resort Rules and Regulations will apply at all times. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OPERATIONS AT THE RESORT IS CASHLESS. VRS Managed Resorts: Please note that no check-ins will be permitted after 21:00. Should you arrive after 21:00, access to the resort will not be granted. CHECK-IN AND OUT: Check-in is strictly at 16:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. Please note that no early check-ins will be possible. PROPER CONDUCT: The facility you rented is/are equipped with basic fixtures and bedding. Should any of these be damaged, found to be missing, soiled, or vandalized said items will be charged to your account. DISTURBANCES: In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from loud music or any noise between 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Smoking is not allowed in all enclosed areas. Ashtrays are provided in designated areas. Please help conserve water at all times. WET CLOTHING: Please hang wet clothing and towels on hanging rack provided in your unit. Please assist us in keeping the premises clean and sanitary at all times and make use of the trash receptacles provided in public areas. Littering is strictly prohibited. CARPORT: All vehicles must be parked at designated parking areas only. Additional vehicles should be parked in the main parking area. TOWELS AND LINENS: To help conserve water, towels are only changed on Mondays and Fridays. If you require extra towels there is a fee of R5.00 per towel, that is payable at the reception. Single bed linen - R40 Double bed linen - R60 Please wear proper swim wear. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially when in and around the Swimming Pool. Diving is strictly prohibited. No drinking or eating inside the pool. BICYCLES: Guests are not permitted to ride bicycles on the pathways and should use the main road. SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit on the resort is 30km/h. The resort does not have cleaning service on a Sunday. Swimming Towels are not provided but can be arranged at the games room for a deposit of R50.00. Wheel Chair Hire - R500.00, Hairdryer Hire - R100.00 Wheel chair ramp - R150.00 Baby cots can be arranged at reception with a deposit - R250.00 Laundry Wash & Iron - R300.00 per load Laundry Wash & Fold - R250.00 per load Laundry Tokens - R40.00 per token Facility Operating Hours: Reception: Mon and Fri: 06:00am—22:00pm, Sat: 06:00am—20:00pm, Sun: 07:00am—20:00pm, Tues-Thurs: 06:30am—20:00pm. NOTICE: Please be aware of potholes on the Tenbosch Road between the N4 and Ngwenya Lodge. Please drive slowly on this road, especially when it's raining. The best alternative is to drive via Komatipoort through to the resort. Ngwenya has been in contact with public works to repair the damaged road. Please note: ALL Kruger National Park entrance gates are cash free. Clients can make use of speed point payment systems or the online pre-booking and payment system.
